JOB POSTING – DDA Executive Director

The City of Garden City Downtown Development Authority seeks a regionally minded professional to perform as Executive Director of the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) which also administers the Tax Increment Finance (TIF) funds within the DDA district. Garden City DDA district in located at the core of the cross roads of Middlebelt Road and Ford Road, and has an annual operations budget of approximately $500,000.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious manager, and strategic thinker who can lead multiple projects for both the economic and social vitality of the community of Garden City. The director should help guide the organization as its objectives evolve. Bachelor’s degree required, applicable Master’s preferred. Previous DDA experience highly suggested.
